Only location is the plus point. Rooms are not at all maintained. No cleanliness. Not at all recommended for family. For hot water immersion rod heater was given.

Had a wonderful stay in a very homely environment. With only 6 rooms, it gives an exclusive private experi3nce. Deep in the rubber plantations, surrounded by wonderful nature, friendly staff and personalized services. Do not miss the visit showing the rubber extraction process. Very educational and one learns to appreciate all that tremendous effort it takes before you click to order online!! Remember the food service is personal..and be courteous to orde in advance what you need. Good spot for relaxing in the night and having as a hub to get a taste of the Western ghats and the Kerala experience mixed with other natural, Spiritual and engineering tourist spots. The home theater there is a unique touch. A place I would highly recommend to unwind and rejuvenate!!

This hotel Staff behavior' is very bad, they are not provide bills, They are asking more money, In renigunta most worst , waste hotel, they are treating different way for different peoples like, tamil, telugu, Hindi . MY Dear friends Dnt stay This hotel. i never seen such type of hotel in india.

Very bad experience...service is pathetic..keeps on asking for money...no humanity.... behaviour to the customer is horrible as if they are giving the rooms for free....keeps knocking the door for vacating the room....never ever will suggest anyone for vaikuntham residency

Low budget nice rooms. All transport facilities are available in location. Nearby busstand and railway station
