Hotel O Renigunta Near Railway Station

Location on Google is not reachable.. different Location.. Rooms are too dirty.. Toilet bathroom are not cleaned ever..Staff is too rude..Not a Single cup of Tea Available near By.. Please Don't Prefer This Hotel for Stay..

Location tagged in Google is wrong , you have to travel 1.5 km further from mapped location . Worst experience I wonder how they managed to get 3.4 stars We checked in at 9:45 pm and checked out at 12:15 pm . The watchman called the manager is arrogant and not interested to extend for an hour . He rang Bell early in the morning till we opened the door just to sell his worst tea. Rooms are damn dirty and it looks like they don't wash bedsheets and never mop the floor .The cupboards are full of spiders and dust . Bathroom don't ask about it

Really bad experience - Not recommended. 1. Room service was very poor 2. Rate is too high when we compare it with the facilities 3. Bed is really bad, extra bed is not available 4. AC was not functioning at all 5. Staffs were behaving like we are staying for FREE

Worst staaff i have ever met hotel management.. they did not give rooms . It happens several times locals &piligrims not once even. it is if we booked rooms they simply say there is no availble.call our customer care.even customer executives also they ask receptionists about availbilty they negiligible they say here no room availbles..oyo customer care they simple say to me.. we provides near by oyo rooms. People who are online becarefull.dont pay online before. U go check &pay .if ur prebooking will done. Once they will not provide rooms. Ur refund process takes time 15-25 days

Worst service ever I have experienced. customer service is even more worsed. In maps it shows permanently closed upon enquiry we got to know that it was open. Washroom ventilation is broken and neighbors can easily peep into the washroom. Not at all recommended for girls. Unhygienic room plus washroom. They post fake pictures on the website(OYO)/APP . Please carefully check before booking this hotel. No assistance would be provided to you apart from keeping you on hold for more than 20 minutes.

Room was so very congested!! Oly 1 can walk inside and other to sit on bed during d tym😀 Ours was AC room but window glass was broken, mosquitoes was coming inside and one of d toilet windows glass was missing and window was not covered, lady cannot use the toilet.. after so many fights we called OYO support and complaint about the issue finally they arranged another hotel near by!! OYO was very helpful Oly the rooms in nakshatra grand was worst
