It doesn’t qualify for the above minimum rating also. Worst service and behaviour of the staff including the receptionist as he doesn’t have any controls on these begging staff. Listed facilities will never work. The most unprofessional staff and behaviour. The service staff are like beggars and they don’t even know how to talk with customers. Don’t go to this hotel by mistake also.

Stayed for one night here, worst service ever. 1. There is no person in-charge at night time. 2. There are so many mosquitoes in rooms. 3. Hot water service is very poor. 4. Bugs in toilet. 5. Rooms not clean. Never ever stay in this hotel, worst one in my life.

Situated at good location, just beside Bus stand. Clean and spacious rooms, Courteous staff, Costly place (1800 per night per AC room) but does not provide basic amenities like towels, soap. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Switches off AC without notice. Ample car parking space inside the lodge. Doesn't recommend booking it offline. The same is observed to be 1100 per day in goibibo. So if you book it online at that price, good place to stay due to its locality. If you book offline at high price not worth paying so high amount.

Our personal experience: We booked many rooms in advance for wedding. Later when we asked to show the rooms once, the person in the cash counter talked in very insulting manner, with bad words, without respecting old age people. Humiliating experience. Felt very bad in front of relatives. They needed to learn to respect customers and not show frustration. Also the boys ask for tips lot of times, irritating.

Some staff are good but some staff are very worst behavior . Receptionist is very worst behavior with customers .very negligence attitude. .Dirty wash room. TV not working . AC not working properly. Overall it's a waste of money and time.

wow experienced hotel located near kotipalli bus stand and beside godavari river, staff and hospitality is very good. Rooms are little small but very neat and clean. Best budget hotel in town. Very secured for couples. Walk away distance to devotional temples

Worst maintainance ever in rajamundry, don't know about AC rooms but non AC rooms are worst and no one can ever stay in these kind of rooms,there will be insects growing with you and sleeping with you inside rooms,even in bath they will stay with you,*I REALLY REALLY SUGGEST YOU NOT TO TAKE ROOMS IN THIS APARTMENT!* If you wanna stay here it's just for your own risk.☠️🦠🐸🦎🦗🐜🦟🪳🪰🐛🪱🐞🕸️.💯

No blanket available... average rooms.. good parking available... no hot water... you have to ask for everything.. in one room light doesn't turn on.. in some other room the TV, many better hotels available in Rajamundry.. edit: will never visit again, atleast after this arrogant reply..
