Stayed here for a night in April'24. Premises is neat. Room is of moderate size & clean. Bathroom is hygenic. Had 24hr Check In- check out. No attached restaurant. But, that's no issue as there are some good ones around. Note: No dedicated/assured Parking Area. One needs to park in front of the building. Problem was with the staff at reception. I found their attitude indifferent at best & rude at worst. Prior to checking in, Spoke with Sri.Janardhan over phone. He confirmed tariff of RS.1,600/- and also assured that the property is suitable for family stay. However, at the time of check in, he demanded Rs.300/- more, saying that We are 3 members & he had given tariff for 2. He argued that I should have informed him about the number of PPL staying. While checking out, another person @reception refused to give bill for the amount paid.

Bed sheet was lesser than bed, waited near 20 mins for the room, online booking was done but no data was available at hotel. Holes in mug🤔?.. Asking for tip.. No wifi connection.

I have forgotten to take bill but I have to sibmis bill in company to claim money so I have call many times for sending bill in softcopy by WhatsApp but they didn't send even not lifting phone...so why u vhooscthis hotel if not supported properly...there are many best hotels in Nellore better avoid this hotel

Very old and used fittings. The place can definitely do with some renovation. The lift is sloooow and scary, to say the least. Just ok to spend a night in transit.

I stayed one day in this hotel.hotel double bed room non AC..average..no hot water supply at my need.lot of mosquitos in the room..they don't have common sense to give all out/good night.i lost my sleep at staying due to mosquitos..they charge 700/-day..serving boys are polite..they don't provide drinking water with out our voice and asking...overall average..
