Overall nice hotel to stay Good staff

Average hotel with limited facility. From outside it looks lavish, when you get into rooms they are average. Nice lift for customers. Bed sheets and pillow covers are old rugged ones. No water bottles supplied as complimentary. Need to ask for bins, soap and towel else it is not given. Wi-Fi goes on and off. Rs. 1500/- is costlier deal what I see.

Peaceful and welcoming all the diverse people families and children of the world 🌷 The plumbing & taps need some more work. Small cockroaches were found on the beds all over. Night Supervisor at the reception was loudly rude stating that we need to live with the pests and improper taps. Location is good, nearer to both Bus Station as well as Kakinada Town Railway station and a wide variety of shopping and businesses. We wish they would rectify appropriately to be helpful for them as well as the guests in a safe, and healthy environment.

I had stayed here for 3 days and the rooms were excellent and the service too . It is near to the Kakinada bus stand approx 200 metres long from bus stand . And we can book a room for 24 hrs

Spacious room. A/c works fine.. service also good n cooperative staff.. will choose it again in kakinada.. budget friendly costed me 1200 for an a/c room.. hope this helps

Paying 1700/- one day is wast of money. Atleast they don't give water bottle also. They charge for that also. I stayed for 4days they not even changed the bed sheet pillow covers and blanket too. No response. Over all bad experience to stay in this hotel. But online give good rating I don't know in which way are they giving.

When compared to near by lodges/hotels Swapna Grand is definitely good one to choose. It has close proximity to Railway station and Bus station too. Only drawback was no wash room door maintenance was poor, provided towels were pathetic.

I spent one day here, good experience, staff are polite and supporting, doesnt demand money for each and evrything like other hotels, walkable from both bus stand and railway station...blankets are neat, ac was good, TV was also bigger. Good maintanance too.costs around 1200 perday for single ac
