Group booking done for a marriage, which was held at their hall. Function hall is present at 1st floor. 2nd and 3rd floors have rooms. Rooms are spacious with wardrobes, table and chairs. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are recently painted at 4th floor. Bathroom was neat. But no shower head available. No running hot water facility present. Room has AC, TV unit with setup box. The dinning is at the 5th floor. So people have to take elevators or take steps to reach the terrace for dinning. Location is easily accessible from business and railway stations. Value for money.

Very good. Maintenance wise is excellent. Perfect for families and class people who cant compromise on quality. The quality of rooms are like suite rooms. Both Ac and non ac rooms are good. If we want nice beds with good ambience, Think no further. The extra we pay is very worth. Very near to old busstand and markets. Dwaraka(very bad ) and Durga lodges are apt for only mass people and boozers.

I always prefer this place to stay whenever I visit Eluru. Located in a prime area that has a very easy access, rooms are spacious, have good quality interior and furniture, clean and maintained very well, and great value for money. Having a kid, we felt safe and comfortable to stay here too.

The rooms are well maintained and tidy. We will be provided with towels and soaps with morning complementary tea and coffee... Good place to stay in Eluru in budget

This place has everything close by. Good food (appalaraju hotel), theatres, bus stops, markets all in 5 min walk. the wash rooms are kept super clean and Ac works without flaw. Mohan showed amazing hospitality.

It's a small place, enough for small functions only issue is dining hall is 4 th floor and function hall is 1st floor, Little inconvenient for the old age people. We have a lift but it is a very small one and can accommodate max 4 people.
