I stayed there 2 days ago and i stay there whenever i visit to Kolkata but this time I asked for laundry service and they provided but ruined my all clothes and when I complained the incident on reception they said nothing also that laundry man took my shirt and didn’t returned that

Cons: - Food prices are exorbitant, akin to 5-star establishments. - Tea priced at Rs 56 is quite steep. - Expensive dinner for 6 adults, totaling more than Rs 3000. - Service charge added to the bill; ensure to request its removal. - Intercom system malfunctioned, leading to communication issues. - Bathroom faucets had problems, affecting the overall convenience. - Bathroom door doesn't shut properly, causing privacy concerns. - Power outage for an hour with no backup, inconveniencing guests. - Non-functional lift, necessitating multiple trips up and down five floors. - Reception staff exhibited rude behavior towards guests. - Failure to return IDs upon check-in; guests need to remember to collect them. - Lack of provision of requested extra pillows for children in the group. - F&B staff are inflexible and push for higher tips, creating discomfort for guests. Overall, while the hotel boasts clean rooms, the experience is marred by several operational and service-related issues, making it challenging to justify the high prices charged.

Excellent hotel just near Howrah station. Great price and the behaviour of staff is very polite. Food there is excellent. Overall I had a wonderful stay. Station is just 10 min walking distance from hotel.

Receiption staff and manger both are arrogant and bad behavior. There are 2 staff on receiption counter they are unprofessional 1 is contiune busy in eating mava Dont book rooms here 100% ur repentance after u book room. 3 star and 5 star rating is paid. Ple dont book here

The room was ok but not well maintained as many lights were broken and the washroom also had dirty water and rusted fittings. Room service was also bad as the people were not even competent enough to clean some cold drink spilt on the floor and made the whole room floor sticky. One of the mirror also gave the feeling of being a 2 way mirror too. The food ordered from the room was also over priced.
