Very bad experience with staff.. Charged extra price during check out.. Very bad stuff

Worst stay ever. This hotel is not at all even if you get a night stay for free, don't even think of staying here. Rooms are dirty. Staffs are not at all co operative. No food, drink is allowed to be carried. NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER, A PACKET OF CHIPS, BISCUIT ETC can be carried with you. Your luggage will be thoroughly checked by security like entering into a high security zone. Toilet is soo dirty that I couldn't take bath for the day. Bar is there but only selective cheap brands are available. Remember you can't bring anything from outside. I am a sales professional and travel throughout South bengal while staying at least 5 to 7 nights A mobth, outside home. Believe me this is the worst stay ever in my life so far. One night in this hotel in like staying in Jail. Don't even think of staying, you will REGRET it. I was asked to deposit my I card which was returned back to me next morning. Tax invoice was not given. They say will be sent over whatsApp which was not done for sure. THIS IS A COUPLE FRIENDLY HOTEL.
