Totally worst Living place. First of all they are not complete their all rooms and give Rents. Their Ac's are not working. Room are not ready and not well maintained. Gives false Remort of Ac. Don't receive Soft copies of documents. Take extra charges than Apps. We Booked from Agoda in 800 , they take 1300 from us. Disgusting service.

First of all they are charged me 1100 rupees . My booking was 750 but they said me that the booking was for non ac But in oyo app they show the ac So please awer of the scam They manuculete you to choose the ac and gave them extra money So i suggest that speak the hotel staff in call then go

It's very bad 👎 all westin regency staff so pathetic and rude and specially there receptionist there is no facility in that room neither the air conditioner is working nor the window curtains is there the bed sheet is so dirty then they will provide you another room after sometime they will come and bang the door as If something happened because they don't know which staff provide you that room very disappointing 👎👎👎👎👎👎

They advertised that they were open for business and rooms are available through the Oyo app. But the building itself is under construction and the hotel does not provide any accommodation yet. I was lucky not to spend any money on advance booking otherwise it would have been a grave mistake.
