**Google Review:** What kind of hotel is this? I was first given an extremely unhygienic room. I complained multiple times, but nothing was done. After making 4 calls to the concerned department, they finally changed my room. The new room still had major issues- the room was dirty, the geyser wasn’t working, and the AC wasn’t working and what not. To make matters worse, they don’t have a generator or inverter. So, if the power goes out, you’re stuck waiting in the heat. The power went out this morning, and over an hour later, it’s still not back. It's 6 AM, and we’re struggling to sleep in this unbearable heat. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Worst hotel visited in my entire life.... And the service is even more bad.. rooms are extremely dirty and bad... Bed is even bad and bed sheets were more dirty... The mirror was totally broken from one side... The oyo service was even more bad... The price was also very expensive 1200 for this worst type of room Will recommend other customers plz don't go to this hotel for your stay

One of the worst hotel i have ever witness..rooms are not well furnished bedsheets are totally filled with sperms..walls are just like pathetic..and the price which they were demanding is way too high and thats totally unfair..and servicing and receptionist is way too rude...the floors are not at all clean..there were cigaratte ashes all over the place even the place is no smoking zone...and when called to online they were demanding ₹1800 for non ac rooms...in the name of ac they are providing coolers...never book such rooms...

My recent stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The water in the taps had a foul smell, making it nearly impossible to use for basic necessities. The bathroom was in a dismal state, lacking cleanliness and proper maintenance. Despite its convenient location near Dankuni railway station, my overall experience was marred by several issues. The food service was disappointingly slow, leaving me hungry and frustrated after a long day of work. Moreover, the rooms had multiple problems; the locks were faulty, televisions were non-functional, and even the air conditioning remote was out of order. Considering the numerous issues I encountered during my stay, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It's essential for the management to address these concerns promptly to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests.

Room and bathroom are not cleaning properly ...... food are average but overpriced ..... bedsheets are not clean... ac and t.v not working properly 😑....... I go there many times I face same problem again and again .... bad experience

My stay at the lodge was decent overall. The accommodations were comfortable, but some aspects felt a bit dated. The staff was friendly, yet the service was occasionally slow. The location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. While it didn't exceed expectations, it served its purpose as a functional and reasonably priced lodging option.
