Worst 3rd class hotel. Fab hotels agents were pathetic too. They don't have any insight of the hotel and is management. Please avoid staying here, if you want peace of mind.

Extremely Dissatisfaction at Fab Hotel/ OYO Hotel Kamala IN - Dhankuni- West Bengal, India. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel from 26th to 28th September 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations and I feel compelled to share the following issues: Room Conditions: Filth and Odor: The room was incredibly dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Broken Amenities: The washroom accessories were in poor condition, and the water heater was not functional. Infestation: The room was infested with cockroaches and flies, making it uncomfortable and unsanitary. Old and Dirty Furniture: The furniture, particularly the sofa (as seen in the attached photos), was outdated and dirty. Garbage Dump: The proximity to a large garbage dump caused significant odor issues when the room windows were open. Hotel Staff: Uncooperative and Inattentive: The hotel staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. Lack of Assistance: When faced with a room flooding incident on September 27th midnight, around 3.15 Am, the hotel reception manager fled the scene without offering any support. Food Quality: Unsatisfactory Taste: The food served at the hotel was of poor quality and had an unpleasant taste. Unhealthy Cooking Practices: It appeared that the food was cooked in reused palm oil, resulting in a thick, black layer on the dishes. Misrepresentation: False Branding: The hotel was not a FabHotel, as advertised, but rather an OYO hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Kamala IN was a highly negative experience. I was extremely dissatisfied with the room conditions, the hotel staff's behavior, the food quality, and the overall misrepresentation of the hotel. I kindly request that you take these issues into consideration and take appropriate action to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello friends, my name is Vinay. Today’s date is 18th October 2023, and I’d like to share my horrible experience at the Super OYO Flagship Kamala Inn. I booked this hotel a month before my check-in, expecting a decent stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel experience ever. The hotel has 8 floors, and every room I checked was very dirty. I booked this hotel for 11 days during the Durga Puja 2023 celebrations, but I am writing this review while staring at every corner of my bed, as there are so many cockroaches everywhere. Please, friends, if you’re ever visiting West Bengal, whether solo, with family, as a couple, or with friends, DO NOT book this hotel. I’ve already wasted ₹18,000 in advance for my stay. When I requested the manager to allow me to leave the hotel and return my 10 days' balance, after deducting one day’s payment, he denied it. He told me they had many rooms available, and I could just change my room. Today, on 18th October 2023, at 2:15 AM, I checked 9 rooms. All of them had the same issues: dirty rooms, broken showers, non-working TVs, and taps that didn’t work. Honestly, I am fed up now and extremely frustrated. I’m so sleepy but can't sleep because of the cockroaches. My ₹18,000 is completely wasted. This is my genuine review, and I’m sharing this to warn all of you. Do not fall for fake 5-star reviews—they are given by the hotel staff themselves. If you’re looking for a good hotel, I suggest you try Sohotel, which is located near Rangoli Mall. It’s a little more expensive, but trust me, it’s way better than OYO Townhouse or Fab Hotels. Take care, friends, and stay safe. It’s my responsibility to warn you about what happened to me so that you don’t end up in the same situation. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did!

Rooms are very bad. The condition of the rooms are deteriorating day by day. They don't clean the rooms properly. There are bed bugs roming around. The AC don't work properly. The windows are very dirty. There are strains all over the bed.

Don't go there, This hotel is very bad and the room service here is also not good, even the food in the restaurant is not good and the biggest thing is that there is nothing in the name of cleanliness in the hotel.
