Very Very Bad Experience because I ordered dinner. In dinner I ordered Tawa Roti with butter but they given Tandoori Roti, when I told him please take back these Tandoori Roti but they didn't take. Such a bad experience! Please don't pay any amount at the time of check-in.

Horrible experience here...... Ordered tawa rooti through room service they gave tandoori rooti and didn't return it back ......and were not ready to accept there fault. Bcoz of them I did not had dinner after a long day ..... I would not recommend this hotel at nay cost.

Fine hotel with facilities such as pool, restaurant and SPA. Located conveniently on the highway and has ample parking space too.

Hotel le castle is very famous in our smart city Rudrapur and the location of Hotel is in the center of the city,so there is no difficulty to find and Hotel has big parking. People not find any difficulty to park their vehicle. Hotel has rooftop restaurant where everyone enjoy the view and the evening of sunset. Food in the hotel is both kind like indian and continental. Room are very airy and fresh air both Room are available non ac and ac at very regnable price.

Utterly rude behaviour of hotel owner and manager especially one mr.nadeem who deserves to be thrown out of service since he is utterly stupid. Horrendous character as an individual and extremely unprofessional. An advise to the owner to kindly throw such stupid staff members for they are tainting your hotel's image . And kindly work on facilities you cater like telephone services, T.V and A.C( which never work ) which are not in line with the price you charge.

In city like Rudrapur, this is good budget hotel. The rooms are small and interiors are eye catching. All services are there in hotel. The hotel also has in-house swimming pool. It has the famous Cabana Restaurant which has great deal of tastes in every dish. Any budget hotel in the entire city might not have this kind of lunch which this one is having. I love the buffet system. Also they remind you with the call that breakfast has started. Support staffs are good and they respond promptly and quickly. Must give it a try.
