OYO Hotel The Vidya Grand

Worst hotel in my whole life never faced such rude and unprofessional behaviour from staff denied to give room I booked for and asked for extra money that too only in cash and advance didn’t even let us chef in until and unless we pay them… but I cancelled the booking no refund was given… suggest not to go there rest depends on you… worst service worst staff… very rude

Hotel denied to give room when I reach hotel at 11:00pm in night as the Booking was through OYO. If is not agreed with OYO terms of pricing room their listing from it. Very bad experience from being first timer in Rudrapur city. I even checked the room that they were offering for 800/- it was with a broken bed. Hotel should get it sorted with OYO, customer should not be impacted at 11:00 pm in night, or atleast before hand inform customer that this service is not available in the amount you booked on OYO.

I stayed at this hotel and the size of the room is good but it wasn't cleaned well. The TV remote and TV itself weren't working during my stay, which was very inconvenient. When I contacted customer service, they didn't fix anything and said that it's "everything working" which is not true. I can tell when something's not working so

I have faced the Worst Experience through OYO from this Hotel -The Vidya Grand (OYO RDP084), please never visit this hotel. I booked through the offer of 799₹ paid all in advance and when I reached at the premises they refused to open the entry gate until I explain the tarif amount to them as I was coming through OYO. I visited Rudrapur for the first time and that too at night and facing such pathetic hospitality. I request never to visit such kind of hotels specially this one. Please don't book room in this Hotel very very Bad experience I suggest to everyone don't book , they are demand extra amount for open then the gate at Night around 10:00 PM.

Absolutely ill behaviour towards customers. They won't provide you room even after booking it in advance at oyo. Manmaani krte h, marzi k paise maang rhe h or oyo ki booking accept nhi krte. Not recommended at all. Even the room is not clean and poor hygiene.

Staff behaviour was good but room was not clean and also Lenin was not clean.. Even after complain it was not changed by management..they told he don't have extra...very bad experience. Never recommended to anyone

Very bad staff and they ask us to give more money for the room they increase the charges and they also not refund our money please don't go there they also behave rudly

I had a really good experience with the hotel. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the room and how polite the staff were. The ambiance of the hotel, coupled with amazing service and management, resulted in an amazing stay.
