HOTEL SAI PALACE

Washrooms are not clean they charge high and only talking about hotel rules and regulations. But actually they don't know anything about it. The person who is setting their i think he is owner of the property but he didn't know how to talk with guest. Only telling rules. Their internal management is very poor lack of communication. I'm staying their for one week but one day i just go home i already said them I'll be back in tomorrow morning They said ok but at the time of checkout they are saying extra charges and so on.... The guy who is in reception is start telling rules and regulations. And other thing's For guest they are following every rules but for himself they didn't follow any single rules. They are doing this type of behavior with there long stay and regular guest So how they treat there day use guest Overall very bad experience. Only go when you have no option Because you can get much better in same location with flexible price.

The service is not good. Rooms are not clean. Washrooms are not clean and not working. Rooms are not ready completely. Charge high for rooms as compared to the services provided.
