OYO Hotel Crown Tower

This is hotel is fraud as during when we are checking in they denied as & we have made the booking through booking. Com app & They ask to pay charges on their offline price of Rs 1200 instead of original booking amount of 450 Rs. They didn't understand as the customer reaches there location by facing several problems they having playing their own dirty minds games to attract customer through online booking & they charges thier offline prices.

If convenient and central location is your priority then Hotel crown tower is the place to be. The hotel is conveniently located in the town square and has reasonably OK amenities as far as room service , food and room cleanliness is concerned. Very economical pricing is also its plus point. Overall a decent place for short stays.

staff services are not so good no brkfast and lunch is available. very expensive tv is not working no wifi facility . Behaviour of the staff not good they not even listen to the customers and ignore if customer ask for something.

This hotel is not even deserve for one star. Very pathetic experience. Hotel denied me check in in late night. Reason stats be them is my booking is from Make My Trip, and they told me that they have no deals with this company.
