Hotel Corbett Inn

Hotel Corbett Inn alias Hotel Collection O civil lines both are the same hotel. I have taken a super deluxe room for 1800+gst, they have smaller rooms too, The only good thing about the hotel is it is in the main market else nothing is ok about this hotel. The washroom was very smelly with no proper light and leaking taps. In the name of amenities they give only soap, a bottle of water is charged. They have their in-house restaurant one can order food as outside food is not allowed. The overall stay was below average.

Lot of improvements required Very smelly, dirty, unhygienic rooms with broken Windows, door handles. Please repair as early as possible.

Extremely Pathetic Stay My stay at Hotel Corbett Inn Rudrapur was a nightmare. The rooms were filthy, with dirty, torn bedsheets and a foul smell in the room and bathroom. No cleaning was done over 3 days even after repeated reminders. The staff, including those at the reception are least bother and arrogant. Without addressing the issues, they will instead argue and refuse to provide any of the basic services expected. Basic amenities like drinking water were missing. In fact they could not provide drinking water over 3 days. Had to arrange for it from outside. In addition, the AC remote was not present in the room. When asked for it, they forgot to send the same, and this happened everyday for 3 days (our entire duration of stay). Parking does not exist: they do not have any parking facility. The staff will ask you to move your car away even before you are able to disembark from it. There is no elevator, adding to the inconvenience. Service was abysmal, with the staff being unhelpful and careless. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Dirty rooms, faulty facilities, and poor service make this a place to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay. My single suggestion: find any of the nearby hotels for your stay, which provide at least the basic facilities.

Room service is very bad. The bad sheet is in very bad condition. AC remote not working. Hotel management behaviour is bad . wasted money.

Very bad and smelling Rooms, Dirty smelling blankets, wash rooms with out water only the good thing is food

Disgusting hotel. The only thing you’ll get out of this place is utter disappointment. Do yourself a favour and book your stay elsewhere unless you want a pathetic experience. - Dirty, torn bedsheets. - Smelly room and bathroom. - Geyser doesn’t work. - Parking is a BIG mess! - No lift. - Poor service. They’ll wake you up at 6am to move your car from the parking.

The worst experience ever! The rooms were dusty, bedsheets were dirty and mouldy. There was no hot water or electricity at times. They staff had zero responsibility. No drinking water, nothing!! Please find a better place to stay if you don't want to catch any infections.
