SPOT ON14161 Hotel Asdr

Worst experience with the hotel staff, no one wearing masks or following any protocols. We were denied entry through oyo as we were not having rtpcr report, which was at 399. And this staff offered same room at 1000. So you guys can guess how cheap mentality that is. No safety concerns just profits. Later he was rude and said we don't have anything for you. Worst experience ever, and I don't know why there's a need for rtpcr -ve for oyo people only. And why not people who stay without offline what if in such case rest oyo members get covid infected? Useless place also, the hotel have 2 floors only for some warehouse storage, on 3rd they have some third class rooms with ac, to fool people. PGs are better than this building.

Pros: 1. Hotel was good from Inside. 2. Has lift but doesn't work. 3. Behind a shopping mall. 4. Room was good. 5. Staff was also polite and humble. 6. Nearby Small JPS School. 7. Nearby Rudrapur Bus Stand (300m) which is very good. 8. If you are coming with especially your female friend no one will give weird look. 9. Rajma Chawal/Kadi Chawal stall nearby. Cons: 1. Rooms starting from 800 for Couples which is way higher than most of the hill stations. 2. Lift is not working (I came twice in a period of 7 months) 3. No outside food is allowed 4. Very cheap place nearby, You won't feel safe with your partner but if you are coming in the day only, Then there's no issue because the mall that is infront of it will be open and many people will be nearby. 5. No ventilation in some of the rooms. 6. They don't provide keys, If they do then they'll charge Rs.2000 if you lost them. 7. No food courts/shops are nearby.

If you booked online, you get the room with no attached bathroom. When shifts to another room with extra charge, I get smelling all over in the room #505, AC not working just a showpiece, attached bathroom was too small. Not a good experience.

Totally bad 😔 exp., hotel Not for family persons. Unmarried couples are coming for hourly time It has bad effects for all customers. Without I'd couples entered hotels. It's against the government policy.

Totally fraud.... I made advance payment and booked it by oyo. Even after that they did not give room to me and took separate charges 1000/-Rs I gave them total 1400 rs. and they gave me a room of ₹ 500 rs. I am requesting to all of you do not to visit this hotel. Very worst experience... Anmol Goyal

Worst experience.... If you book room from OYO at ₹399 , then don't go to the Hotel, because they will decline your booking by using OYO policies... And than they will Offer same room at ₹1000.. And staff was so weird... He even Don't know how to behave.... I have no option of any negative review other wise -10/10

It's wonderful hotel. And fabulous facilities by staff and manager. When you come rudrapur city, I think " you should visit this hotel".☺
