Hotel Gagan Jyoti And Banquet Hall

We had organized a party at this venue and were quite disappointed with the overall service experience. The owner was extremely unprofessional. Initially, he promised to provide 5 waiters as part of the package, but later insisted that we needed 3 additional waiters and demanded extra charges for them. We strongly felt there was no such requirement and politely declined, yet throughout the day he kept pestering us to add more waiters, causing unnecessary stress during our function. To make things worse, the 5 waiters who were assigned initially were not performing their duties properly. It was only after we firmly intervened and raised our concerns during the function that they finally started working as expected. Once they did their jobs, it became very clear that there was absolutely no need for additional waiters. It seemed like the owner was trying to exploit the situation just to make some extra money — at the cost of the smooth running of our event. In addition, the venue roof is not waterproof. If there is even a slight chance of rain, water will definitely enter and disrupt the function. This is a major issue that was not communicated in advance, and it puts your entire event at risk. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when you’re hosting an important event. I would advise others to be cautious and clarify everything in writing if you choose to go ahead with this venue.

The banquet hall is not suitable for more than 100~150 people . Space in not available in the hall for marriage party. No proper parking space . We need to park the vehicle on roads. Rooms quality is also not good. If you are organizing marriage there don't go for it .

The hotel is good for stay in low budget.|Clean rooms, polite behaviour of the room service.|Best hotel in affordable rates as compared to other nearby hotels in rudrapur.|Also they have free parking space for the guests. Also their is night guards for the security.|Over all good experience in this hotel. Owner is also firm and polite.

Dirty place.. no sanitation.. beds and blankets were not clean. No soap in toilet. Charged double the price shown online

Quiet cheap place for any function..easily reachable place ..area is nice and its also good for small functions...prices are low and affordable ...management was properly done cleanliness is also maintained...but its quiet small and preferred for small marriages ...
