Hi Hotels By Madras

I stayed at this hotel last week with my friends during our trip to Rishikesh. The cost is reasonable. The owner is very helpful, and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Although our check-in time was scheduled for 12 PM, we arrived early at 6 Am. They were able to arrange an early check in for a minimal cost. The food is good and affordable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy.

The rooms are average but clean and staffs here are really sweet and helpful. The food was very homely and good. Overall, I had a very nice stay here.

They cheat you when you come late by manipulating. Don't even give a bill and ask to pay in cash so the owner does not know. Even after charging so much, the service is extremely poor. They won't come for one hour even after repeat calls. Date of stay - May 11 and room no. 712. -Show you another room but give something else after the payment. -Manager and staff scare you into paying extra - other reviews are fake reviews - tv does not work

I recently stayed at Hi Hotels with my family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The hotel's amenities and on-site restaurant, added to our enjoyment. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience! Though I booked online and got the confirmation, still when I reached there, the staff was confused. They showed me a room which had a broken AC. Instead a cooler was kept and only after checking the room, I got to know about this. But the staff didn’t inform me directly about this. I asked them to give me the room which I had booked, for which they took 2 hours to get the room ready. I had to literally sit at reception for 2 hours. And then to make the situation worse, in the morning, there was no water supply. To which I called the reception, but nobody responded. I had to then physically go to the reception and wake up the executive and inform about the water situation. Literally horrible experience. I don’t know how others have rated.
