OYO Hotel Shiv Ganga Inn

Hotel rooms are very different from what is shown in pictures. 1.toilet was not properly clean and smelling also 2.the most worst thing that AC not working 3.there were no Dustbins inside the room 4.And had to sleep without AC in suffocating humid room due to electricity issue. 5.Bedsheets are dirty... 6.they didn't provide sealed water bottle 7.very irresponsible receptionist 8.facilities shown but not given 9.The staff said that you will get the menu, you order the food, but after going to the room, there was no menu card. 10. Leave it, they didn't even give water in the room. 11.He brought water after 20-25 minutes of calling the staff what a rude behavior Someone is thirsty and you are giving water after 25 minutes, what happened? 12.my money is wasted nothing else I didn't like it at all in this hotel i will not tell anyone to go to this hotel very bad hotel I will never go to this hotel again this is very very very bad experience for me....

Extremely sad and uncomfortable experience. Room are so tiny , could barely move in it. AC was not working, upon inquiring was told that since it's cold you won't need it so it won't work. No TV in room. Hanging TV and set top box stands only. No latch in bathroom and no running hot water. Non responsive staff and rude owner. At whatever price they might offer it at. Not worth even a single paisa.

Hotel rooms are very different from what is shown in pictures. They are full of stains... Had to change 3 rooms In room 1 - wifi was not working, In room 2 - toilet was leaking and AC not working. In room 3 - TV and AC not working. And whole night was a nightmare as had to sleep without AC in suffocating humid room due to electricity issue. Bedsheets are dirty... Staff was supportive but didn't had many options.

One of the worst expression we phase. I do not recommend to stay their. Dirty rooms. Dirty bed sheets Pillows. Broken and dirty Cupboard, water choke washroom. Dirty Floor. Can't imagen to pay for such amount for this room. If you pay 300 that is fine. Not more than that. Picture are not real , rooms are narrow and totaly different what they shown. I have seen when ever customer give such type of comment oyo team replay. We have Check for multiple criteria and then listed. They do that. These are only written only. They are not check any thing . I have waste my 1800 .

Hotel is very poor, not clean and in conjusted area..Not much.1) Room is not clean. n2) Outside in balcony, no chairs available. n3) No lift facility and we need to climb 3 floors. n4) No food facility near by hotel. n5) Wifi is not working in 3/4 floors. n6) Hotel is in very conjusted area.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The Check-in experience was quick, easy, and efficient. The facility was clean and comfortable with good hygiene practices. It's an affordable hotel for the budget traveler with a good atmosphere and an excellent location.

No Cleaning No TV No Comb No Water And Jug Inside No Mug In Bathroom No Soap Or Any Thing Except One Bucket Very Poor. I personally talked to manager regarding This issue.. He said i leased this property only 15 days ago... I will short out all this up to next month. Hope it will good in Future. Best Of Luck

Worst ever experience in my life. Property was under mentiance. Actually property wasn't physically present. confirm booking, shifted, multiple re booking, multiple times calling to customer care. Booking, re booking and check-in denied. Fruad check-in in different property which I never visited. Took 3 calls to finally process refund. Fraud company and it's going to sink
