The hotel is very good and the size of the room is very big and bathroom is very clean... The hotel manager and staff are also very good by behaviour.. please visit once whenever uh are in Varanasi and specially Hyderabad gate side ... Love to go there .Thanku prestige inn hotel.

Everything is fine as per charge taken by hotel. The best thing is parking is free and behaviour of Employees is decent. Also the taste of food items of Namastey Banaras a Cafe by Hotel Prestige Inn is nice. After all my experience is good with this property.

Had a great experience. Stayed with parents. AC, comfortable stay, nearby dining and tourist spot options. Staff comes over decently quickly for any request. Okay-ish room service. Good room availability too.

Worst service. Mannerless staff. Made me cancelled from my booking through make my trip because the price was less in app. Checked in successfully with the new price coz I didn't have time and told me to leave, took my belongings out from the room when I have told them positively I'm extending my stay !!

The breakfast was delicous. There are lots of options to choose. Everything was perfect. Service was just great, thanks of Shapti with care of us. Everybody was extremly caring of us. Thank you for a lot everything! See you next time
