The experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The rooms were unclean, the staff was unhelpful, and many amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. It certainly did not live up to expectations and is not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here.

Pathetic service, awful location, room is small, bathrooms are tiny without geyser, foul smell from the room at all times, bed sheet, pillow cover are dirty with stains, Water leaking constantly from the taps and no one to address any issue.

This is one of the worst properties in Varanasi. We went there with family. The location is deep inside the residential area hence you would find it difficult to locate. No parking space. Rooms were smelling and had too dirty beds. Eventually we had to leave the room within 4 hrs. Staff was not helpful at all.. One of the worst decision to book this

Worst hotel. No facilities provided. They charge for even water which should be complementary. Plenty of mosquitoes and on asking for all out they didn't provide l. Asked to switch on the fan in the month of December. Never had experienced such bad service.
