Hotel P.N. Ganga

Very bad and dirty rooms... Most of Bathroom lock is broken... Wall design are torn... Geasire facility is not working all time. High price...no room service. Stuff behaviour is very bad. TV is not in running situation. Rooms are too short & godown are much better.

Lift connection was disabled by the management. Too much litter here and there, alot of waterlogged in front of hotel. Services were not good. They even didn't provided drinking water in room , even we were compelled to purchase water from outside.

Worst hotel one could find in Varanasi. Though it is located very close to Kashi Vishwanath temple but the services are not up to the mark. Owner of the hotel is very rude , discourteous, ill- mannered and money hungry person ; rooms and washrooms are very small , prices are so high but the condition of the rooms is pathetic. Staffs are not at all co operative, there is no geyser, tv ; windows are broken and bedsheets are not changed frequently. Also there was no electricity for one and half day. Highly disappointed. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I swear!!

Rooms are very small as compared to price.They did not provide hot water we have to bring by own for us.Windows were broken.Rooms were not cleaned.

We visited their 16th November 2021. Hotel staff behaviour is very poor and they are not friendly at all. But location is very good .this is the only only one thing to say A merit. Others all are the demerits. We visited there with my family and booked from make my trip for one day. Every room does not have geyser so we have to take bath with cold water in winter season, booked this hotel room at950 rate for triple bed, they did not give triple bed, not give use Geyser room in winter.. They promised us to give a Baalti of hot water but they did not give. At the time of our tour there a Deep Deepavali festival was going on there in Varanasi so, we did not get any other hotels are dharmashala vacant to stay there , so we have to extend our booking with this hotel.. and we faced a horrible condition over here.. If you are staying there for one night then you can consider their rude behaviour but if you have to stay with long days so I will not recommend this hotel to stay. Only one thing is great that is location. This residence is very near to the Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple and all others accommodation is very near to this residence. But besides this lot of hotels and Dharamshalas are here so you can go with your preferences. Thank you so much.

These people are A-grade SCAMMERS. Their modus operandi is to take your booking for the room and then when you are about to check-in, you are in for a rude shock. Suddenly, your booking has vanished into thin air. Blown away in smoke. Now, you need to go to a different hotel in another part of the city. Surely, you can accept it because it's a fair deal? The best part about it is that they are going to take your money even if you don't stay with them. Surely, some charity is fine as you are coming into a holy city. Highly Highly recommend booking here if you feel like losing money and getting no rooms for your hard-earned money.

very bad service..there is no electricity in the room, The room & washroom is very small... there is no ventilation in the room and windows are broken...Ac doesn't work.. the bedsheet is very dirty.. even drinking water is not given by the hotel..
