The Four Seasons Hotel /best banquet hall/best hotel in sultanpur

Happened to stay at four seasons sultanpur , honest review is stay was ok , although I didn't like the rooms and washrooms as per my choice may be due to kind of rooms.where I prefer to stay but Mr tiwari at reception was very helpful and was polite and welcoming , helped me to get an auto to reach station even in heavy rain and also i forgot my charger in room which I am sure he would help to make it reach to me .....

Nice stay at Sultanpur more then expectations. Clean rooms, Very humble person Manager Mr.Shiv Kumar Tiwari. Recommended for better stay.

Rooms are a major concern for us. They have Rooms in the basement and yet due to some fault(as per them) AC is not working. Secondly there is a water problem in the washroom,

The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. And the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Iam really enjoy. Thank your support & friendly nature. I strongly recommend to all.

Home made type food provided, rooms are small but all facilities like AC, hot water is there. Hotel rooms are in basement..party hall is on top. Hotel owners have contacts with cab drivers , cab will be provided at reasonable cost..I took cab from him. Behavior of staffs is good..censored lights in hotel room corridor.
