Worst experience I have ever faced. There is no hot shower in the rooms. No availability of TV, no availability of almirah. Staff service is also worst. They will not allow you to sit even outside on the sofas which they place to sit on. Rude behaviour. And one of the cheapest acts is that they demand room rent in advance. Or mana kro to bolte hai (boni nahi hui) you have to pay for it.
