Hotel Satyam

I visited their Restaurant. Although the food is satisfactory, I had a really bad experience regarding their housekeeping. What I found under my table was a DEAD MOUSE. Upon complaining, the person on the cashier's desk tried to repetedly downplay the incident by citing lame excuses, which is actually concerning. Also, when I ordered a particular dish, and asked them to prepare it in a slightly different way, the waiter replied rudely and eventually I had to cancel the order. I would not recommend the restaurant to anybody.

As I am coming since 15 years and the hotel remain same till now . Staff , manager and the owner all are so polite and kind in nature . Taste :- Taste is overall excellent in whole Shahjahanpur, mind blowing taste . Over-all - Just Wow 💙 , Go And Enjoy with your Family and friends and chill there !!

This hotel is located near my place so we visit this hotel very frequently... Last time it was about 2 weeks ago 🫠 This place is really nice in terms of food, it's freshly prepared and also the quality and quantity is really nice according to the price of food they serve!! 😋 This hotel prepares both veg and Non-veg food stuff so it's available for the non-vegetarians as well.. Sometimes they miss the mark of service as the service is delayed but otherwise it is really nice to have such a great hotel nearby. The location is really nice as it is located in one of the most posh areas of shajahanpur.😍 And the nearby activities consist of a bank, a gym as well basically there are a lot of famous places, it is located in one of the most popular and famous areas.🤠 Almost all types of markets are at walking distance from this hotel. 😎 For the travellers this hotel is a great choice as it is located at the centre of spn so they can explore almost every market very conveniently.

Location wise place is good . But talk about rooms and other ambience is not good. Staff is very cooperative. But management need to take immediate action of cleaning part and renovation part inside the room. Food taste I say not bad not good it's ok type. There is restaurant service also available. According to room condition I must say they are charging little high and one important thing is you will not get complementary breakfast along with room tariff.
