Hotel Royal Panna ( A unit of Hotel First Choice Private Limited )

We stayed for 2 nights here attending a family event. Room was clean and appropriate amenities were provided. Room service was responsive and mostly on time (it could be better though). Their laundry service was not reliable. They took clothes in the morning but returned it in the evening saying it couldn't be done. The entrance is on a ramp so we had to unload our traveller on the road itself. Hotel provided the support staff though for loading and unloading.

My stay at this hotel was highly satisfactory. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, providing excellent comfort at a very reasonable price point. The dining experience was equally impressive, with meals that were both flavorful and promptly served. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would certainly recommend it to other travelers seeking comfort and quality service.

We visited the Hotel Royal Panna restaurant with family and had a very disappointing experience. The food service was extremely bad. Our order took more than 1 hour and still not served . When we politely asked about the delay, the staff did not give any proper response and seemed careless about customer service. Sitting and waiting for such a long time, especially with family, was very uncomfortable that's why we cancelled our order .The management really needs to improve their service and respect guests’ time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for families.

Today we came to Royal Panna Hotel Shahjahanpur, we got very good service here and as soon as we came here, we were handled by a member and the food here is very tasty. And here we met Captain Kanchan Mishra, he was a very calm person and he handled us. Thank you Royal panna 🙏🥰💗

So yesterday I had checked in the hotel and ambience is good, infact rooms also good, breakfast is good. What is not good as hotel is charging 3000 something amount for one day including breakfast but rooms beds corner is so unclean and unhygienic. If you see menu book, price are so high you cannot order infact thali options also not there. In rooms there is no iron, no blow drier available. Also very old interior look. It's highly need improvement if they are charging 3000 for one day then please first provide facility because it is very basic things and now almost every where available. Infact in Ramada, Fairfield are also charging same amount for a day but having really luxury services.👎

I have visited this place for a family dinner, Honestly I didn't liked this hotel because of their prices are not worth the taste and quantity they provided. But now they have improved a lot which is offcourse a good thing! They have improved taste and quality of food with them! They have rooms and a huge dine in area for having lunch. This hotel is more famous for parties, and for having business meetings, or for having farewell parties because of their huge terace area. Worth trying having lunch once, as the ara this hotel is situated is the most prime and posh area of shahjahanpur, The places that you will find near this place are other cafes like seed cafe or you will find a road side kabab paratha seller which is also very famous in shahjahanpur. You will find V Mart also near this hotel which is like a small mart in which you will find everything thing.

It is a great place with delicious food and excellent customer service. The staff is polite and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The place is clean and well-maintained, perfect for families and friends. It offers both upstairs and downstairs seating, giving you a choice of ambiance. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable spot to dine. Definitely recommended!
