Worst place to book for any events… no proper ammentities. Worst room worst service.. even words cant define how bad is the service of this hotel.. if u are booking this hotel for any events then without a second thought cancel it otherwise ur memorable day becomes hell and you will regret it later

Worst place to visit. My sisters marriage was planned there. And they did everything to make our experience miserable. All they cared about is money . They don’t have any sense of hospitality. Very rude behaviour. And unhygienic as hell. Some guests left their room and booked room at other places due to their dirty rooms. Too embarrassing for me.

Hi Everyone, This place is totally disaster and full of negative vive. My marriage was planned their due to last min booking. They showed us 2 rooms which were in good condition however when we actually moved their, rest of the rooms were like dumpster. There was no AC on power back up, most of the ACs were not working, water was dripping from all the ACs to rooms, Water supply was so poor, unhygienic, fungal infected walls and on top of that we came to k ow that one suspicious couple was staying their to whom managers were talking inappropriately. I don't think its safe for decent couples. Manager and other workers were very ignorant. They could not care if rooms were flooded, muds are their in hall or power cut is their. Worst service you could ever experience. Only thing they care about is money for worthless service. I request you all to not to visit this place.

Really nice place for stay with family. Me & my family stayed only 1 night but I can surely advice you if you are at kushinagar. You must spend at least one night. Foods were also like home made. Thank you guys for everything...
