Room service staff was so arrogant, we checked in at 9:40pm 9:45 we ordered chilly paneer, and order taker at call you want anything else apart from this we are going to close the kitchen, and other orders will be taken after this , I requested him start preparing this send this as starters , and let me see menu and I will call back you in 5 minutes', . And in reply he said no you have to order now or I will take your order, then when order the main course, and requested him to send the staters as before the main course as it take time prepare full meal , because we are hungry, he replied so rudely no order will send in one go as it's to late and staff has to go home they stay whole night for your orders. And disconnected the call and after half an hour when I haven't received my order till 10:30pm I called room service 5-6 times but no one received the call, then I contacted reception and complaint about the same , he service kitchen Staff is having dinner they will make your after then are done with thier dinner. And after 1 hours, after the complaint I received my order at around 11:30pm. And food quality was also patathic , worst food I have ever experienced in any hotel before this experience. Only thing is good is rooms.

Good location,good rooms please visit .I m not saying much for a reason u will find out why because there is nothing everything is fine .they have in house restaurant.open space u will love it.

This is an excellent hotel by UP Government, has huge rooms and sprawling lawns. Service is tip top. All in all good and highly recommended.

The ambience was okay, but there was a lack of hygiene…the bedsheets were extremely dirty, the covers were smelly, the pillow covers were also dirty, the washroom was dirty, the disposable slippers that were provided, were also used and dirty…such a bad experience

The place is kept decently n clean .the price is also reasonable of the fooding. The rooms are newly renovated n clean. One can opt for a peaceful stay .they have lush green gardens where u can play n have me time with family .i wud recommend the place .situated near the tourist temples

A very nice place to stay with friends or family. Nice room service and food. It was basically a business and partners meet of our organization. The party went very well and was full of joy & fun. All the people enjoyed it to the fullest. It's a very good place for marriage function or party place. Well managed all the events and good. I loved to visit the place.
