The exceptional guest service at this Hotel impressed me lot. Amiable staff & they all are so lovely and soft spoken. The Hotel is full of Great Art and Elegant Decor especially at Concierge Area totally charming place to stay here. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Truly Wonderful Stay at My Heritage – Kannauj My experience at My Heritage – Kannauj was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and care provided by Mr. Javed Khan and Mr. Mohnish Khan was truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was spot-on, and the ambience peaceful and welcoming. The food quality deserves a special mention — every meal was served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. A heartfelt thanks to Dharmajit and especially Harsh bhai from the housekeeping team. Harsh bhai personally brought food to my room several times with a warm smile and genuine care. Their service was truly exceptional and full of heart. The location is also ideal — very close to the railway station, which makes it convenient for travelers. Overall, it felt more like home than a hotel. I highly recommend My Heritage – Kannauj to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Good and comfortable stay. We came to know that, the owner of hotel also has his own perfumery but we are not allowed to visit. If they add perfumery tour for 1 hr for all guest, they can get advantage.

The Hotel is clean, hygienic with good staff members. All are co-operative in the Hotel. Food was prepared well and given in time. The Toiletries kept in the washroom is apt for the body. Prefer to stay next time too. Also, they sell good perfumes one can choose by testing there itself.
