HOTEL NEW IMPERIAL

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk who helped me with a late check-in. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever example of customer service I have ever experienced. Attentive and responsive staff who made us feel at home. Keep Up the efforts 👌

It is just like a lodge to pass one night in emergency. |Located near Gaziabad railway station costing less than 800. Rooms shown in photo does not match. No lift therefore not advisable for old age tourists

The room had bed bugs me and my family are still suffering. Even they gave us room at the top floor along with that the smell of cigerates at top floor was horrible. Chai ordered was not good at all, no lift. Please see any other hotel.
