NillWe booked from our tour company ( subhayatra vhennai based tour company) both of them cheated. This hotel is not 3star.... they said deluxe booked but it's not deluxe room. Room as well as service is worst. The day we checked in we waited for 3hrs for bed. Bathrooms look like very small for 3Bed room. Only poori and poha for breakfast and they claims 3star hotel. We made a mistake our travel company ( subhayatra vhennai based tour company) cheated us. But before thinking of this hotel check the review. They are not provided water for drinking instead they try to sell the bottled water.

NillI had the worst exporience here. 1.Even though they claim it to be a 3 star hotel there's no maintainence at all rooms are stinky 2. Bathrooms are very conjustive and though flush is also not working in many bathrooms 3. For one room AC is not working in a peak summer we had to adjust they repaired instead of changing the room in the first instance after they do repair it was not working 4. ACs are present behind the curtains and windows have access to hotel people and anybody can sneak if the curtain is opened right but if you want the AC you need to remove the curtain illogical placement of AC 5 Stuff is owning the issues of the customers Finally worst experience for the entire family or 15 members

NillActually I want to give zero stars. We came to the hotel last night. The room has no window. The AC is not working. We complained a lot, but even after 1 hour, no one came for room service, they were not ready to give us another room, they were telling us to adjust the tea cups, broken plates, unwashed toilets. The door of the room does not have a facility to open from the inside. If a person enters, it cannot be opened from the inside.It's a very cheap hotel with no facilities. They don't know anything about hospitality.

NillClean, comfortable rooms. We drove from Bodh Gaya to Ayodhya and got very late. The hotel still gave us a fresh, hot and delicious dinner at 11pm after their kitchens closed. Once the renovation and upgrade is finished it will be a wonderful place to stay at.

NillThis the worst hotel I have visited. The rooms are small with poor ventilation. Poor lighting in the rooms. Staff is uncooperative. Despite advance booking , they provided with lower category room, which I came to know at the time of checking out. There was no provision of light in attached washro om. On my complaint, they came up with electrician at 11o clock to install wiring and bulb in toilet. Pathetic experience overall

NillWe checked in at Royal Pam Inn, Ayodhya,(booked through HOLIDAY MY WORLD) around 2130/2200hrs and a double room210 was allotted , when entered our room focus lights were already illuminated, we were very tired, due to continuously travelling and after satisfied Darshan of Ram Lalla, and eagerly waiting for get good night rest, unfortunately the lights overhead could not be switched off, Immediately hotel reception was informed of our situation, one staff came and inspected and he was not able help us out of the situation, again one more time contacted, another person came and he was unable to do any comfort, and he said repair/remedy could be done only in the morning, so kindly bear, hence we were compelled to sleep the whole night under lights , since we were already tired and it was nearing midnight, we had no alternative, hence we are compelled to make a official letter in this regard..we were not offered change of room, breakfast was of no taste and variety. DESERVES NO STAR RATING
