Worst Experience Ever – Please Don’t Ruin Your Special Day Here! We booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The management completely cheated us — they promised staff, food, and proper facilities, but on the day of the function, nothing was provided. There was no proper service, no coordination, and no support from their team, even after taking full payment in advance. To make things worse, after the function, they charged us for everything they didn’t even provide, saying “you did the function anyway.” They added random extra charges for every little thing and refused to listen when we raised concerns. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and rude. The staff and management harassed us throughout the event, shouted at us and our guests, and showed zero hospitality. We had also booked rooms for our stay, but they didn’t clean the rooms, didn’t provide basic amenities, and completely ignored all requests for housekeeping or service. This hotel ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful family occasion. I would strongly warn everyone — do not trust them or book this place for any event. They cheat customers, provide no service, and treat guests horribly. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had.

Our recent stay at Neel Clarks Inn, Agra, was quite disappointing and not worth the money we spent. We checked in around 11:30 PM, and despite our late arrival, the receptionist insisted we vacate the room by 11:30 AM the next morning, refusing even a short extension. There was no attendant available to assist us with our luggage or guide us to the room — quite surprising for a property claiming to be of this standard. The first room allotted to us reeked strongly of cigarette smoke, and we had to request a change. The second room was slightly better, but overall, the experience remained unpleasant. There were no arrangements for drivers, no dorm mats, and guests traveling with a driver must arrange separate accommodation outside the premises — and pay extra for it. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and there was no one at the main gate to welcome or assist guests upon arrival. Overall, the property and service level do not justify the price. Would not recommend staying here.

Worst Experience Ever – Please Avoid This Hotel! This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. They are complete scammers — please save your money and yourself from this nightmare. The staff literally harassed us and completely ruined our family function. They refused to provide even the most basic services for guests staying with them. When we asked for water or service staff for the wedding function, they outright denied it. The rooms and banquet were filthy, with soiled plates lying around the stage area even before the event started. To make things worse, they overcharged for everything. Their waiters were deliberately wasting plates just to inflate the bill. The food ran out before the function even began, and the additional food they arranged came after the event was over — completely wasted. This hotel’s mismanagement and unethical behavior turned what should have been a happy occasion into a total disaster. Do not trust them with your events or stays.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff members were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient and peaceful, making the stay even better. The food quality was good and service was timely. Overall, it gave me a homely and comfortable vibe.

Food is pathetic, Room service doesn’t exist, courteousness is missing, and they don’t believe in guest model at all. Come prepared for average room, without proper amenities, and no show attitude. Do not eat there if you cant handle the spices, delayed serving, and poor hygiene.

The Ambience of the hotel is commendable, I liked the exterior, nice and pleasant interior environment, I don't remember his name ( Guess Kalyan Singh) at Reception received us with a very warm welcome, also the other support staff were very helpful with necessary requirements, seeing to it that it was taken care in minutes. Location wise it is located very near to Main attractions ( Taj Mahal and Agra fort), just a well constructed approach road would had been nice. The food was awesome, delicious and freshly made. Mouth watering dishes, must Try Gulab Jamun ( Loved it) but the best part wasn't even the food, but the welcoming and warmth smile of our server who made our dining experience much much better, Thank you (*Dhruv*) for serving us with a Constant smile, we enjoyed our dinner even more bcz of his hospitality. Do ask for Dhruv as your server to make your meal time experience more pleasant.
