OYO 24723 Hotel Atul Palace

Sealed rooms, sealed window no ventilation, no fresh air, bathroom was very bad, water was so salty and bad you couldn't even brush your teeth or clean your mouth with it, bathroom gate was without lock, no tv no clean room, chipchip floor, bad smell in room. badsheet is very dirty and 🤮😷. very bad. there was many hairs in room and on floor, i ask them to change the bedsheet and pillow covers they again spread the dirty bedsheet and pillow covers, chewingum was stuck on tha blanket, bad behavior of staff, they take money on every room service... room rate are so high, overall very very very bad experience in this hotel never go in this, if some one will go in this hotal they will waste thair money....

Very bad experience with this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to any one if staying with family. Please stay on station instead of this hotel. So dirty washroom and dirty bedsheet/pillow covers, they just change these items from one room to another seems which are already used. They charge for AC but will stop after few hours and give excuses. No manners of talking. Overall very bad experience with the hotel.

Rooms need maintenance and cleaning. But the owner and staff are great person and quite caring. They have also a small kitchen and food is good. Ok for a small stay.

This hotel is very costly and undefined the hotel room toilet is very bad condition 😐 and food is not necessary to yourself from this hotel and costly and all staff are dacait my 5000 rupess missing this place I will call the police but they are no work on this Matter and I shall come my home at delhi pls don't room booking in this hotel 😢 🙏

Very bad room service is worst they not even done servicing of there AC it is having leakage problem gizar is also not working very bad Oyo hotel i have seen so please highly recommend do not stay at this worst third class hotel🙏

Very dirty room , linen and toilet was stinking like gutters 🤮 . Didn’t even use tap water for face wash and brushing teeth. Highly recommended not to stay in this hotel. Overall experience was same visiting UP …still regretting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Worst hotel for room and services. You can find Cockroaches in the room. No cleaning in rooms I think, some bunch of hairs you will find in rooms. Bathrooms has hot water for showers in summer and bathroom has broken mug. if you're kids wants to watch TV, so will find TV is only for show objects not working. But yes prices are too high for rooms. I requested for extra bed after paying charge, so what i got a extra thin mattress. This are experience here in only 4-5hrs with family. Can you imagine how much it is frustrated for me. Pathetic.
