HOTEL CRYSTAL PALACE

I recently stayed at Crystal Sikandra, Agra hostel, and it was the worst experience of my life. There was a significant lack of cleanliness and proper management. The toilets were not clean at all. The laundry area smelled unpleasant. The overall environment was dirty and uncomfortable. The staff's behavior was unprofessional; they spoke to guests casually and without respect. The housekeeping staff was handling the reception, which shows poor staff management. This experience was extremely disappointing. I request the management to take these issues seriously and focus on improving the experience for their guests.

Good place to stay with family and friends. The hotel is just opposite the sikandara fort. The hotel staff was very polite and humble.
