Pathetic pathetic and extreme worse I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at a property listed as FabHotel Prime Millennium Grand, which I booked through Booking.com. Booking Details: Hotel Name (As Listed): FabHotel Prime Millennium Grand Actual Property Name (On Arrival): Hotel Occassia Bliss Major Issues Faced: Deceptive Hotel Identity Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the hotel operating under a completely different name – Hotel Occassia Bliss. This misleading listing caused confusion and concern regarding the legitimacy and safety of the booking. No Front Desk Assistance at Check-In Time I arrived at 12 PM, the scheduled check-in time, but there was no staff present. After some time, someone showed up and told us no rooms were available, despite our confirmed booking and advance payment. Only after insisting and confronting him did he reluctantly agree to “manage” a room for us. Unhygienic and Unacceptable Room Conditions The room provided was in a terrible condition: Strong cigarette smell and signs of prior smoking/drinking inside the room Sticky floor, stained bedsheets, and an unclean toilet No bulb in the lamp, missing fan regulator, and a stale bucket in the bathroom Only two small 250ml water bottles were provided This was entirely unfit for a paid guest and felt more like a staff or utility room than a guest accommodation.

Heads up! If you choose to stay here, be prepared for some unwanted company—cockroaches and mosquitoes are frequent guests. The room lacks proper ventilation, and there’s no hot water in the bathroom.

The location of hotel is prime. The rooms are not fully prepared for services. No dustbin, bath accessories available in the room. Others then everything is ok. The outside food and liquor is not allowed.

Very poor service and very dirty rooms. Come only if you want to date with mosquitos and cockroach They do not even bother to ask for meal preferences veg or non veg. Basic hygiene is missing everywhere. No handwash shower gel etc. Had to call 5 times for drinking water and soap. Very poor experience.
