OYO Hotel Night Eye

I am sharing my terrible experience at the hotel. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. They didn't even clean the bedsheets, They were even claiming that no one is there to clean. They also did not even clear the used products by previous customers like cigarettes and condoms. The prices are double that of the online prices and they are not telling any information about it. Didn't expect this kind of treatment from an OYO tie up hotel.

• Located 20 kms away from Kacheguda railway station • Rooms are ok. Water is good. For drinking water, you should fetch from a can at bottom or 1st floor • WiFi is at good speed. • Food Street is nearby. Available from evening 6 pm to mid night 12 pm. • Staircase is tightly packed ; lift can be used by maximum 3 persons • Cleaning is done not frequently. • They don't solve any issue immediately. You have to remind them frequently. If you want good treatment, you have to pay all the amount at first time itself. They can ask for extra also during checkout

This hotel is not good. Bedsheets, hand towels were not clean, they were stained though roomboy claimed it to be cleaned one, after requesting they changed it but laundry was stained only. There were stains of food on the dressing table which they didn't clean. Room floor was not cleaned up. Bathroom was dirty. After requesting they just cutoff 400 rs from the total bill(3000/-) for two days. I will suggest not to opt for this hotel.

I feel this is an unfair and unethical business practice, and I want to warn others against booking with this hotel. If you're planning a trip and considering staying at this hotel, my advice is to steer clear. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale and helps other travelers avoid the disappointment I experienced.

I had such a bad experience with this hotel. Despite having booked on OYO and having received confirmation, they denied checkin saying that they don't have rooms and said to contact Oyo people. I called OYO customer service and they said that they had contact the hotel and confirmed the availability of rooms. I called the Hotel again and still they kept saying that rooms were not available. I was with my family and were stuck without a room. Finally booked another hotel after spending so much time. It was very disappointing.
