No towels and Soaps provided, Hot water isn't coming. Worst stay that i had in my HYD Trips

It's a simple room. Area wise it good. Good tree cover and good ventilation if you get room towards the botanical gardens. Room wise I would say it's below average. The mattress was full of brown and black marks and the pillows too very were dirty and there is some bad smell in bathroom though it's clean and the blankets are full of brown and black marks. There is a tv with no dish connection. Wifi is good. Geysers are instant geysers so don't expect hot water for more than 1minute. Overall average stay for two days

The receptionist was very humble and polite. He was very helpful too. The bedsheets could have been more cleaner as there were some minor spots. The washroom was hygienic. Just the one thing I missed is the Wifi. I hope it will be installed in future. Overall a great experience.

This is the worst OYO stay I have ever seen so far. Their maintenance is worst. They supplied the completely soiled and dirty bed sheets and comforters. It is clearly understood that they have not changed them since many days and gave the used ones to me. I have raised the same complaint and no one at the premises attended me properly. They clearly said that they won’t change them. The behaviour of the reception is really rude and definitely it’s not a good place for family stay.

My experience at this hotel was great. I booked one night for the weekend, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for an extra night. The beds were very warm and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. It's an affordable hotel that offers all the amenities you need for a good sleep, with a secure location too.

Rooms are affordable and the location is also good. The owner is also very helpful. Only one thing is bad is their services. They don't clean your room daily. You have to remind them if you are staying for long.

Too much costly based on the kind of rooms and service provided, even water is not complementary. For 3 person booking, one person has to sleep in separate mattress in floor. Washroom condition not good.

It's always a gamble choosing a hotel, but I chose this one because it was close to the airport. The staff was polite and accommodating, the room was clean and the washroom was nice. The price wasn't bad either. The only thing I didn't like about it is that its location wasn't very good, but at least they're close to public transportation.
