Worst hotel, location is not good.no cleaning is there, the plaster on the walls has come off. The hotel management demanded us for more and taken money. Breakfast free offer given Oyo but not provided this hotel at the same time drinking water is not provided free of cost. lady owner she bad talk you given Rs 900 we dont provid any food items, drinking water

Recently I have book the room in app but the hotel management is asking extra 350 for other bills. I asked to the management but they said to call the customer care as after I argue with them they decreased the 350.

I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel. In google, it shows, 700 rupees per room per night, and in Oyo it shows a paltry 424, I was skeptical, but as I booked in the last minute, I thought the 424 Rupees might be some last minute deal. When I went to check-into the hotel, he demanded 1300 Rupees, I travelled all the way from Gachibowli to Madeenaguda, to get a neat hotel room at 424, roughly the same price as a Gachibowli PG. I went there at 10:30 PM, he did not allow me to check in. He asked 1300, and came down to 1000. I said, I am ready to pay even 2000, but this kind of deceit, claiming to offer room at 424 in the app, and denying check-in when we reach at the hotel. This is absolutely unacceptable, and this is why I was hell bent on getting my room at 424. I spoke to Oyo, and it seems like they are the most spineless people. The property manager is not even ready to talk to the Customer Care guy, nor is he picking the Oyo Managers calls. He reluctantly brushed me away, that nothing is going to happen even if Area Manager comes, I will not check you in below 1000 INR. I spoke to Oyo Customer Care, they always ask me to wait on hold for 10 minutes, then requests me to wait on the road for 10 mins, and this happened thrice. I was standing in the middle of the road, hungry, tired and sleepy and getting bitten by mosquitoes, and even after waiting for 1 hour, the customer care guy asks me to wait for 10 more minutes. I finally understood that the Property Manager does not give a damn about the Oyo Management, and I asked the customer care guy to shift me to another hotel at the same price. Here also, the customer care guy blatantly lied to me that I was being shifted to a hotel that is just 1.8 kms away, but in reality, it was 3.4 kms away. I had a vehicle in my hand. And I was a lone man. Imagine if I had no vehicle with me, If I had my family or some elderly person accompanying me, just imagine the suffering they would have undergone because of Oyo and the Property Manager!!! 10:30-11:30 PM, standing in the middle of the road, hungry, sleepy and tired, getting bitten by mosquitoes, being lied right on face about the replacement hotel, with a meeting scheduled early in the morning next day. Wonderful Experience. I think this is the strategy of this property to extort money from customers. As I was alone and had a vehicle in hand, I did not fall prey. Imagine someone coming with a family, elderly, or perhaps on a rainy day, in the night, without having a vehicle in hand and had to depend on Autos late in the night. Perfect ambush for such Property Managers to extort money from. Overall, I strongly suggest anyone of you to avoid this property at any cost. And, finally, Oyo, its high time to part ways. Pathetic Service, Fraudlent Hotels, better to shift to Air BnB.

Not good hotel..they said we don’t accept online bookings. Online price was 416 and they offer offline at 1500 . So worst experience don’t go to this hotel anyway

Worst Experience Here,I have already Booked From OYO app For My Morning Train ( Emergency) Nearby by OYO at Cost Off ₹650 For 1 Night stay But here Is Twist..When We Reached the Residency With OYO Booking ID ,They Strightly Saying We Cannot Accept OYO Offering Amount,,,If you Want To Room Then Cancel It and Take Here Our Prices,Other Wise U Can Move Then I Just Thing At Night Time i Cannot Go Next Searching App Or Location... I Straighly Give Them Which is They Offering Amount ₹1500 But Here Is Some Pictures are They Have maintaining,, TV Not Available Wifi is also Not There Just Name Tag is OYO Rooms But When Reach the OYO Booking ID They burdening For Room Any One Go to Booking Here and Stay Here Plz Take Care (or) Simply I Just Say My Experience 🙏🏻 Don't Go 1 More Thing AC not Working 🚫

Extremely bad service and bad behaviour by the receptionist and manager. Room was pathetic. Bathroom was very unhygienic. Bedsheet was looking like haven't been changed for ages. Don't recommend this to anyone.

Very bad experience with this hotel. I have booked through agoda, it was around 1700 per three days. When I went for a check in, they asked for extra money for 1300 per day. My advice is don't book this hotel from any of the platforms like oyo, booking.com and agoda.
