Super OYO Townhouse 1010 The Fern Suites

Rooms are clean but no privacy no curtains for few rooms, holes are not closed in few bathrooms over priced service is bad, receiving is bad. The people can have a perfect sneak peek into your room and bathroom This is the worst thing I ever faced. They won't even keep towel, soap or dental kit we need to ask everything then only they are providing. And management was smiling when I went to complain.

Worst experience. Reached the place at 2AM in the night after a booking confirmation from Oyo with a reference number CWS12985 only to be kicked out by the hotel stating they do not rooms available!! Can you imagine this? 2AM in the night! And then the blame game started with OYO blaming the hotel and the hotel blaming OYO! Will never recommend this to anyone

Worst experience of an OYO. No complimentary breakfast. Toiletries provided only even you ask for them. No complementary water, tea or coffee. Constant banging noises from the gym upstairs. Mosquitos will make your stay miserable. On top of all this, they are scamming OYO by advertising their own higher tariffs at the reception claiming it is a 4-star hotel and asking us to pay more for a prepaid booking. Simply pathetic lives there.

The room was clean. That's it and nothing else. They even charged extra amount over and above the amount charged by OYO. They didn't even provide complimentary water bottles. The AC was not working. Inspite of complaining, the problem of AC was not rectified. Finally, I had to lodge a complaint to consumer forum to get the refund of my extra money charged by the hotel P.S : If any hotel asks for extra charges over and above the online booking amount, always take a bill of the total amount from them and raise a complaint with the consumer forum. You will get your money back, guaranteed.

Breakfast included rate... 1.Neither the reception or the boys woke up by 8 2.Begged them for breakfast. They bought some street food at 9 to our rooms and said dosa was not available. Poori was made out of maida. 3.Both alternate receptionists had no sense of apologies. Do what you want to attitude Not worth for the Rs 2500/ room/ night rate. Go find some other place even if it is further away

When we are booking it showed 1300 rs for one night... After reaching the hotel they were asking us to pay extra 1000 rs. This is what was going on in every Oyo Hotel which booked from Oyo App.

Hotel was waste of money paid 2500 and not given water bottle and don't provide towel ,no service at all, door card not working I think we stayed at lodge not in suites ,but that have to rename As fern lodge in mandinaguda,worst staff response.

The rooms are good but the prices are very high. In their prices you can stay any good hotel with free breakfast and other facilities.
