Bay Treasure

My experience at Bay Treasure was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, resembling public toilets with no effort to ensure cleanliness. The bed linens, including bedsheets and pillow covers, were unchanged from the previous guests, as evident from the hair left behind. Basic amenities such as towels were not provided and had to be requested separately, which was highly inconvenient. The lack of proper management is apparent, as there is no ID verification process in place, allowing anyone, including unmarried couples, to book a room. This makes it an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for families. Overall, the place was unhygienic and completely lacking in value for money. At best, it might be worth 500 rupees per night and seems to cater primarily to groups of bachelors looking for a place to party. I would strongly advise against staying here if you care about cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism.

Keeping all rooms neat and tidy. Swimming pool is there. Sea shore behind for which you need to walk a few minutes. Tv was not functioning. Both the remotes were broken. Ac remote could not alter the temperature.

Apart from the reception staff, absolutely rubbish! Bathroom smells, dirty, would not give toilet roll, no tea bags , staff shouting early in the morning, chicken visibly uncooked and upset my tummy, tv Ariel lose, expensive

A nice property that's worth the money. The staff were very cordial, especially the manager who provided excellent customer service. The food quality is good with a decent spread, and the complimentary breakfast is really good. However, there are some areas for improvement: - Room service should be enhanced. - Better maintenance of the toilets is needed. - There are flies inside the room. - Certain staff are demanding tips for their services, which is not acceptable. Thank you.

Bay Treasure is located on the main road at the point of entering Mahabalipuram Town. Location is superb so is the property with spacious rooms in the ground and top floor. The beach is a 5 mins walk from the property. The property is more like a resort with ample open secured parking, power back up, swimming pool, in house restaurant and good management. In fact the entire staff is too good and will go out of their way to serve u. From the owner to the manager to the restaurant chef to the housekeeping staff everyone will ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are big, king size beds are comfortable, fridge, electric kettle, LCD TV, ample space to keep your bags, cupboard to hang your clothes, seating arrangements with table and chairs and 2 balconies was an excellent package.

Was not happy with the service. If you are looking for a basic hotel and a short stay then this an option you can explore. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner service disappointing. They didn't even have enough cutlery for a bigger group.

The food is horrible.. We had ordered biryani and fried rice.. Instead of biryani it was tomato rice and in same fried egg for Schezwan fried rice. Lollypop was burnt.. Seriously i would never ever visit or recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall nice place to stay.We started couple of days.Quite place surrounding no noise only nature scenery.For a couple this place is more convenient to stay.
