Overall the property is nice as shown in the pictures. The rooms are spacious. However, the maintenance is poor, whether it is the blocked shower head in the wash room or the worn out dirty rugs in the room. The rooftop pool has a good location and view, but was very dirty to enter. The TV account recharge is done on day to day basis, so you need to remind repeatedly. Low AC cooling was also an issue. Overall a lot to deal with when you are looking for a peaceful stay

Luxurious rooms with great views. The hotel has an awesome restaurant with lots of varieties on the menu. They have an infinity pool and the water is clean and hygienic. We had a great stay in a deluxe forest suite room. The room service is good with very polite staff.

Amazing stay at Jhadol Villas. Great hospitality by every staff. Prime location with easy connectivity to major tourist location. The food here in Whistling Teal, is amazing. Restaurant staff was cordial, especially Mr. Shankar who attended to us during our entire stay.

We stayed two nights at this hotel during our round trip in India, and it was a very pleasant experience. Nice, big and clean rooms. A rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our dinners in the sunset. Good food, good service. Deserves it’s stars!

From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited a complete lack of hospitality, treating us as if our presence was an inconvenience rather than that of valued guests. Their rude and dismissive attitude made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating, showing a clear disregard for basic customer service standards. Furthermore, the food quality was far below acceptable standards. The meals were poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not justify the prices. It was evident that little to no effort was made to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for guests. And they told they will not serve Jain food rudely. Overall, this hotel fails in multiple aspects, from staff behavior to food quality and general customer care. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it was apparent that guest satisfaction is not a priority for the management. Given my experience, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. There are far better options available where guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

The front desk manager was polite and helpful, and at the restaurant, Manager Dinesh went out of his way to ensure we had the best dining experience. But the person who truly made our stay memorable was Jagdeesh. Honestly, he is a mind-blowing guy – always smiling, always ready to help, and the kind of person who gets things done immediately, even at just one call. His dedication and energy really stood out, and because of him we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The food was equally disappointing, with poorly prepared dishes that lacked freshness and flavor, not to mention the dismissive attitude regarding dietary requests. Overall, this hotel falls short on multiple fronts, from unprofessional staff to subpar dining options. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant experience; there are much better alternatives available.
