Great hotel ruined by poor service and management. Pros: 1. Great property 2. Very nice rooms 3. Big swimming pool and great seating arrangement on rooftop. 4. Great food. 5. Affordable rates compared to the quality of hotel. 6. Pet-friendly 7. Serene and peaceful place for some solitude time Cons: 1. Worst service. They lack excitement or enthusiasm to serve you well. 2. Delays in service. Ask for mineral water and they'll send after half an hour. Ask for tea and they'll let you know after 45 mins that milk is unavailable. You need to wait for 45 mins to finish your breakfast because they are not fast at serving. Take lots of breaks in between. 3. Swimming pool water wasn't clean enough. 4. Set top boxes and TV work randomly 5. Power cut was a bit unprecedented. Light went off a couple of times during day and night due to which couldn't have enough sleep.

Very bad service and poor management, irresponsible staff , poor food test and quality, lake of cleanliness. At the time of arrival not any welcome drink was offered. Booked room was not even ready at the time of check in. Poor management in swimming pool, water was not clean. I suggest never book at this hotel, and if you do be prepared for a bad experience of your life.

I visited udaipur recently with the family. Overall very nice experience at the hotel. Below are some pros and cons.. Pros: 1. Rooms are spacious and well managed. 2. Price is affordable 3. Owner and staff are very humble and supportive in all possible manner. 4. Great hill view from hotel and also the atmosphere is very peaceful. 5. Hotel has terrace swimming pool so in summer you can enjoy swimming pool with hill view. 6. If you are visiting udaipur with own vehicle then no need to bother about parking as large parking space is available. Cons: 1. One and only disadvantage is the location as quite far from city area, but again if you want peaceful environment with good view and specially have own vehicle, you should not bother about it.

Great new property in Udaipur. Around 8-10 km from the actual city but that is worth the view that we get from here. Rooms and washrooms are also very new and hygienic. Food is also nice. Overall a peaceful stay in the beautiful white city.

They have no management. Swimming pool water dirty and when asking for replace water he refuse. Door lock not working means no privacy. Rooms are dirty. Lunch will be provided after 2 pm.

Nowadays, I am traveling in udaipur with my family and staying in "The white fresco" hotel. My staying experience is awesome. I am feeling zealous. We get best accomodation. In this hotel rooms are amazing moreover my window view is stunning furthermore staff members are very kind and helpful overall I am enjoying a lot in beutiful udaipur.
