Golden Fern Hotel & Service Apartment – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at Golden Fern Hotel & Service Apartment. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place for the following reasons: Misleading Information: The owner quoted us a rate while we were in the city, but once we reached the actual property—8 km away from the promised location—the rate was increased threefold. This was completely dishonest and unacceptable. Poor Service & Hygiene: The room was dirty, the bed had an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was far below basic standards. Facilities Not Working: The lift was not operational, and there was no food service available. Bad Location: The property is in a remote area and very hard to find, especially during peak season. Unethical Practices: Payment was taken in advance, and despite the poor conditions and false claims, no refund was offered. It felt like a scam. In my opinion, this property is not trustworthy. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

I have no option to give 0 because it’s a very dirty place , Manager Mohit does not give security back and whenever you will ask him to complete his commitment, he calls local people for fighting Lift never works , his sweeper Khushmun will ask you have from his sister as there is nothing nearby this place Pls stay away from this apartment

hello , i am Manish from Ahmedabad property is very cheap property and its actually a mosquito place ,took advance and did not return and we have asked for refund they all have started giving threat of local guys and police .

All over good experience and i am stay last 7month in apartment all staff behaviour is good. But ground floor is not clean.all over good experiences. Thanks team golden fern and service apartment.

I am staying room 401 . Apartment is location wise good.helping nature staff. Manager parth patel given excellent check in and anticipation service.
