RTDC Hotel Sarovar

Stayed on 27th November 24. Location is very near the lake and about 1 km from Brahma Temple. Huge space for parking but not well maintained. Non AC rooms are very spacious and one extra bed provided. Complementary breakfast only one item with tea. The behavior of management and staff were very polite and helpful. Food is economical and homely. Very good restaurant with a limited menu. Geyser working.Sitting area near reception very big and well maintained. Overall good as per the price tag of 1000 with breakfast. Need to improve maintenance. The toilet seat is very old

it needs our attention guys....the hotel is situated at such a prime location with all the palace vibes so beautiful so calm and relaxing i felt in love with it's hall and corridors in the first place having a cup of hot coffee in its garden and enjoying the warmth of the sun in the cold month of December it felt heavenly...the room were a bit worn out as the property is old but they can be rectify it for sure...the staff was so helpful and supporting. The food was fine ,the staff somehow managed to provide us some i didn't enjoyed it that much but the building was like that of a fairy tale stories and the dried leaves of beautiful trees surrounding there were just adding up in it's beauty. Be it you are coming with family or friends or partners it's a must visit place it's beauty will leave impressions inside you for whole life.

Located in one of the prime areas of Pushkar, RTDC hotel is the best choice of accommodation beside the Pushkar lake. The rooms are very spacious. Only veg food is available here but the taste is quite good. Also the staff in the reception is quite polite in his behavior.

Hotel sarover is a very bad hotel because it's service is so bad I go to the restaurant so I saw there is only have the vegetarian counter and don't have non vegetarian counter we have to order then they serve all this are OK but there's chickens pieces are so small we can't eat all the rice we have another bowl of chicken curry. Hotel sarover's maintenance is bad and WiFi is very poor

Rtdc Sarovar at Pushkar has the best location amongst others and the old heritage wing of the hotel has an added attraction because it was originally built by the royal family for their occasional visits to Pushkar Lake. The decor brings out a royal feeling to the stay. Unfortunately, the greetings we received when we reached there to check availability was unexpected. The Manager in charge of the hotel, an old man claiming to be working at rtdc for years, was very rude. He was initially reluctant in giving us rooms when it was late as 10pm. We wanted a double bed for ourselves where we could adjust our 10 year old boy. He insisted we take two rooms and even pay separately for my son as extra. Never in Rajasthan during our entire tour, was my son charged separately (even for breakfast package) because he was under 15 years. Finally, the staff intervened and showed us a room in the old wing, which we took finding no other alternative. We even took a double bed AC room for our driver becaue he said there's no single room left for occupancy.The rooms were dusty, dirty, without curtains, broken locks. The staffs were very helpful and made the rooms habitable. The rooms were A class but maintenance was poor. Even the tap water was dirty and black. We couldn't blame the staff working there because we came to know that because of this Manager's ill behavior out of 45 staff originally working there, only 7 remains and all responsibilities cannot be carried out by such meagre number of staff. The Manager's rude behaviour contributes to the negative stars in this review. At this place we received the most rude behavior from the Manager, in our entire trip to Rajasthan, where in all places we were greeted very politely as Pdharo Mare Desh"!

Government run. Good location. Poor functionality. No power back up. U have tv in room but no channels to watch. U have wifi but no connectiviy. Icing on cake no guarantee of water in bathroom. Even if there is water in bathroom no surity of water in geyser. Also be a braveheart as there are monkeys every where.

Service is very poor, limited food options and restaurant staff are not well trained. Only UPS is the location of the property, maintenance is very poor.

Spacious neat and clean Govt property, safe and Spacious own car parking in hotel premises, spacious, newly renovated and well furnished premium rooms @ Rs 2500- with 20% to 30% discount for different categories. Neat and clean new bed and linen. Woderful bathroom with new fittings & toiletry. Spacious and furnished back balcony. Spacious, neat and clean dining hall. We provided tasty welcome tea, delicious dinner , bed tea and complemetry delicious breakfast, food rate are very reasonable. Very dedicated, friendly and co-operative, hotel manager and other staff Hotel is adjoining Pushkar lake and Pushkar Bazar, Brahma Mandir is also walkable distance, can be reached easily, enjoying bazar. We had stayed here 7th Jan 2024 to 8th Jan 2024 and used to stay here every time, since student life. I strongly recommend the stay at RTDC hotels due to spacious property, well & safe car parking soace, spacious neat & clean dining hall and Spacious well furnished rooms.
