I'm a taxi owner & last night stay here. My Car no. is RJ14TF0731. This hotel doesn't provide accommodation or food for drivers. According to government regulations, a driver should be provided with sleeping and eating facilities at the hotel. Even if there aren't any such regulations, they should consider, for the sake of humanity, providing at least a minimum of sleeping facilities in this cold weather. The car's access road was also very bad. The staff bathroom was extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I suggest that the hotel management should think about the fact that a driver who drives the car all day and brings your customers staying here safely should at least be provided with sleeping and eating facilities.

Rooms are good. They tried to cheat me into pay extra for the second person for a booking made for a double room. Wanted me to pay extra for the second person, for a double room booking for two persons. Very stressful checking in. Finally, had to demand to speak to the manager. Requested to arrange a taxi for a 15 km journey, quoted Rs 1800/-. Made alternative arrangement costing only Rs.700/-. A disgrace in terms of honesty, integrity, service quality and trust. Be very careful.

The hotel is not so big. Rooms though clean but small in size. Bathroom is small. Swimming pool is okay. The hotel has a small garden in it's front. No regular public transport available to reach there but you may get there by your own vehicle or by hiring a taxi. The hotel is not handicapped friendly. Foods are okay in taste and quality. Services are okay as well.

Room was looking good as we entered. Water were leaking from washrooms. Electricity was on and off. Power was not there for almost few hours hence we had use staircase as lift was not working. Doormats were not provided. Food included was not so great. Overall service was not good for money we invested.

Clean rooms, basic amenities, good food and prompt service. First floor has mountain view which is unfortunately lacking in ground floor. Overall a pleasant stay!
