karavan Kafe is a very beautiful a bit hidden place but very central at the same time. The owners were both very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are basic but enough to stay for a few nights. The Karavan Kafe itself is very nice, quiet and a perfect place to chill after the busy city. I highly recommend it.

Karavane Kafe is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Pushkar and offers you the opportunity to have peace and quiet in a town that's always very noisy. The two key selling points for KK are the beautiful garden and outdoor area (very few budget places offer outdoor space) and the super-lovely couple who run the place. Guillaume and Jessie are two of the coolest, most caring, lovely people we have met on our travels. The rooms are clean and basic, the hot water has good pressure and there's enough space but don't expect luxury - that's not their vibe at all. We were there when they were still setting up for the season so the restaurant wasn't fully opened yet, but Guillaume had us taste some of his recipes so we know that everything is cooked with love and care. During the main season, they will host 'events' in the garden but we were too early to see any of those. With just 6 rooms, KK will always fill up quickly so if you're considering it, don't wait too long.

Hands down, one of the most relaxing, peaceful and down to earth places we have stayed in India. Jessy & Guillaume and the team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was very comfortable and quiet, something we were a bit worried about, as there are some party places in town. When they do host events, they are very chilled and dont go on into the early hours, and the crowd that comes are the loveliest people you could meet. The food was NEXT LEVELl! It was a delight to eat their meals, that are prepared with love and are so healthy and delicious! (We are food snobs! 😂) We would return here in a heart beat! Location is perfect - easy to get into town, but, tucked away in its own little oasis. If you dont stay here, EAT here, for sure!

Points to Consider before visiting this place: Good things: 1. The place offers a beautiful ambience with heritage vibes, a charming garden, and a cozy café area. 2. They also host pottery, music, and dance activities almost daily, making it a great spot for entertainment. 3. The peaceful atmosphere and cute planters add to its charm. Bad Things: 1. However, the experience is significantly impacted by poor service. The staff, particularly Dilip (Indian Staff) and Guillaume (French Owner), are unprofessional and unwelcoming. 2. The rooms are average, lacking cleanliness, and the washrooms are poorly maintained with minimal amenities. 3. A major drawback is the frequent power cuts, occurring every 2-3 hours, with no AC no Coolers, only fans are here—which makes it unbearable in the summer. 4. Additionally, the rooms have no curtains, compromising privacy. 5. Food is below average with limited options available 6. Another concern is the lack of transparency in pricing. If you’re availing any entertainment services or food buffets, always confirm the prices beforehand, as unexpected charges are often added to the final bill without prior communication. Conclusion: Overall, while the ambience is delightful, the poor service, lack of basic amenities, lack of communication and frequent power issues make it a less-than-ideal stay.

Nestled in a pushkar city this charming cafe offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a soothing ambiance that felt like a warm hug. The interior is tastefully designed, with ample natural light pouring in, which overlook a lush green garden. The sounds of chirping birds and gentle rustling of leaves created a calming melody that instantly relaxed me. While I'm not a foodie, I appreciated the simple yet satisfying menu offerings. The coffee was expertly brewed, and the herbal drink selection was impressive. I opted for a refreshing drink, which paired perfectly with the serene atmosphere. I stay here and I LOVE IT - coming to pushkar for many years I haven’t had such a nice stay anywhere around town. Easy location, great rooms that are very accommodating and cozy, and most beautiful garden and DELICIOUS restaurant. The place has many nice spots for chilling, you will feel at ease there! The owners are a sweet couple who are very welcoming and are full of great recommendations for doing things around, they will help you with anything that you need! I will definitely come back!
