Townhouse Khatu Shyamji

Booked 3 rooms from mmt, paid full in advance. Shockingly, uncleaned rooms were given. Bedsheets full of somebody’s hairs, used towel hanging, dirty floors, shampoo wrappers near washbasin, dustbins not empty. It was quite a hell. We somehow spent the night because we reached very late at night.

Very bad experience. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. There were a lot of stains and hair on bedsheet and pillow. Washroom was unclean. There were used soaps and wrappers, dirty pot and wet floor. I had booked 3 rooms for 7200 and it wasn’t worth the price. I was travelling with my family and reached hotel late at night around 1 am. We were disgusted seeing the rooms but had no choice but to take it. Will raise an issue with Consumer Helpline and will ensure strict action is taken against you.
