Hotel Shyam Sanwara

I had such a great experience at Hotel Shyam Shanwara. What really stood out to me was the staff and management. Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever come across. Everyone was so polite, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful. There was no ego, no attitude. Just people doing their job with a smile and making sure guests feel comfortable. It’s rare to see such a warm and welcoming vibe these days, and it really made my stay memorable. If you’re planning to visit, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The positive energy and hospitality make it worth it!

Loved the experience of staying in this hotel. We were a group of around 12-13 persons and all of us enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The prices too are decent and the rooms are even better than photographs available on the internet. When you reach the hotel, don't forget to order the ginger tea, which is fantastic. The owner is polite and helpful. It is a newly built property and there is ample parking space.

Excellent Service and Supportive owner. Neat & clean rooms, very hygienic. Services are outstanding. 3 Star hotel in Budget price which shows they believe in hospitality. Definitely would recommend for stay.

I booked thru mmt but due to any reason i had to cancel that trip as booking was non refundable MMT refused to help. so i just casually talked with the Mr. Bhupendra ji. He promised us that whenever will be come in future he will provide us room at no charge. He kept his promise. I just completed the khatu dham trip. Hotel is newly built so it’s completely neat and clean. Staff is also very helpful. They also allow me to cook food in their kitchen for my 2 yr child. Overall very good experience. I would not say negative things because they are very helpful. My suggestion would be they could improve their restaurant service and room service only.

Very good cleanliness, very nice staff, it felt like home and I was feeling like staying for few days but I had booked the ticket long back, no problem, if Shyam ji calls me again then I will come and stay here

Hotel is located at great area,500m away from the temple.Staffs are very helpful and friendly.Property is new built and rooms are also spacious.Bathroom are clean and fresh.Definitely Recommended.
