Hotel Sunrise Khatu

It was a good experience with the hotel as the room was clean and they give a top notch service to the devotees who come for Khatu Shyam ji darshan. Hotel staff Mr. Sultan was the person who helped out us late night at 2am and arranged rooms for us we were amazed with the hospitality of the staff.

Worst experience ever!!! At first they make you wait for the food after ordering it and then one of the staff member came and say this and this is not available.15 min are acceptable but more than it you can't wait if u are hungry. Carelessly treatment for guests.!!! :(

Pathetic experience. The service provided by the hotel is worst, there are no professional staff, they don't even provide soaps more than 1, we took two double bed room for 4 people for which they denied to give more than 1 soap, the facilities in the room is not good, the fan is very unclean, they don't even change the bedsheets and blanket. Overall a very poor experience.

Not a good hotel have to improve it , poor wifi , hairs on bed and no wiper in bathroom and expensive prices of hotel

This review is for the restaurant and not for the hotel. The food was good, and the quality of it, alongwith the hygiene, made it a standout from the restaurants available in and around the Khatu mandir market. This is slightly off from the market area, but worth a shot if you want less crowded, and quieter experience. The AC restaurant was decent enough to cater to basic vegetarian requests. This is 100% pure vegetarian restaurant, alongwith the others in the Khatu pilgrim town. The parking is paid, and not owned by the hotel and restaurant.
